Identity is a painting that explores the tension between realism and abstraction, clarity and concealment. This interplay reflects the journey of discovering ourself – the broken parts of who we are, the layers that we hide behind, and a whole lot we’re still figuring out. This piece grew with me as I painted, unfolding its meaning in a way I hadn’t planned, yet deeply resonates.
